Data Deletion Request
KandyTalk – User Data & Account Removal
Option 1 – Delete from within the app
If you have access to your account:
- Open KandyTalk and log in
- Go to Settings (bottom navigation)
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm – your account and all data are permanently removed within 30 days
Option 2 – Request via email
If you cannot access your account, email us from the address registered to your account:
Email: privacy@kandytalk.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: Your registered email or phone number
We process requests within 7 business days and confirm deletion by email.
What data is deleted
- Profile, name, photo and account details
- All messages, media and chat history
- Stories, reels and posted content
- Business profiles and product listings
- Connection and follower data
- Notification preferences and device tokens
Transaction records may be retained up to 7 years as required by law. All other data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
